Executive Coaching Agreement

This is a coaching agreement between the client, and the coach, Morgan Wilson.

All information (documented or verbal) that the client conveys to the coach is confidential and is not shared with anyone else, unless the client chooses to share it. We recognize that the client may have the following: future plans, business dealings and other proprietary information. The coach will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use any such information for the coach’s own benefit. The coaching relationship is not privileged and, as such, a coach’s records on a client can be subpoenaed. I do not reveal or discuss any aspects of it with anyone else, unless under subpoena or I am required to report as a professional, a threat of serious harm to yourself or others.

A client enters into coaching with the understanding that he or she is responsible for creating his or her own goals, choices and results. Client employs the coach for the purpose of advising and supporting the client with respect to life skills, communications skills, business and professional objectives, networking skills, interpersonal relationships and/or for providing the client with a structure for identifying and moving towards goals. The coach has experience in such matters and agrees to render such services.

The coaching relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of psychotherapy. My signature on this information means that I understand and accept that I am a client for a coaching program, not for therapy.

Payment as previously discussed between both parties.

You are welcome to, and I encourage you to call me between scheduled times if you need advice, have a problem or can’t wait to share a success.

• If paying monthly, payments made shall be considered payment-in-full for the coming month of coaching. If the client desires to cancel the contract, the money paid for that month will not be returned, unless in the event of an emergency.
• In the event of monies owed at the time of cancellation, full payment is due and payable.
• Payments made in advance for sessions can be refunded proportionately to services rendered and by agreement between parties.

• Please allow for at least 12-hours notice for rescheduling. You may text me anytime to let me know we have a scheduling issue. If it is inside the 12-hour request, it is billable.  Initial:
• If you have a true emergency, I will work with you to reschedule our missed session.
• If you can’t make it in person, we can always do a phone call, Facetime or Zoom.

The preceding Coaching Agreement is intended to provide clarity and establish the business framework that we agree to work within. Please sign and return one copy of this Coaching Agreement. Retain one copy for your records.
